Returns + Exchanges
We accept returns of eligible items postmarked within 21 days of the delivery date. Returns received after the 21 days will not be accepted. We currently do not offer free returns and will not able to provide you with a pre-paid return label. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back to our facility. Additionally, flat rate of $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund amount as original shipping fee. For more details, see below.
All returns will be inspected upon arrival and must be returned in original condition. Return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unaltered, free of odor and with all original packaging and tags attached. Returned items that show any sign of use and/or damage will be refused and refund will not be given.
- Returns received after 21 days of the original order delivery date
- Returns received not in original conditions
- Returns received damaged and/or worn condition
- Unauthorized returns
- Returns without RMA # and/or return form
- Final sale items: All accessories, skin care products, make up, lingerie, undergarments and any discounted items
Please refer to the Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated. If the criteria is met, please follow directions below.
We will not accept any unauthorized returns. And no credit/refund will be given for any unauthorized returns.
- Please submit your return request via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for the return. Once your request is received, we will send you an email with your RMA#.
- Once you received your RMA#, complete the return form and include it inside the package with the items you are returning. Please ship your return our within 5 business days of receiving the RMA#. If you are not able to within the 5 days, please contact us.
- Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Make sure they are packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. We won't be responsible for any returns that has been lost in transit. No credit/refund will be given if lost in transit. You may file a claim with the shipping carrier you have chosen to ship the items back with.
- Once your return has been received by our team, please allow 1-3 business days to process your return.
- Refunds will be made in the original form of payment for the return item minus the original shipping cost. Please note this deduction is for original shipping cost. You'll be also responsible for the cost of returning the items to us.
Received wrong, missing and or damaged item? Don't worry. We want to make it right!
- Please note we are not able to take any damage claims for any items that has been worn, washed, dried and or altered.
- Note: Color and/or pattern variations may occur due to various reasons. These situations do not qualify as a damage and/or wrong item and pre-paid return label will be not provided.
- Note: Size chart measurements are for reference only. Since products are mass produced, the actual measurements may differ by up to 2". Pre-paid return labels will not be provided for any returns due to measurements.
- To file a claim, please email us within 3 days of original delivery date. Please include your name, order number, and information about your claim. If the claim is for damage and/or wrong item, please attach photos of it. If you do not notify us within 3 days of receiving the item, your claim will be denied and will not qualify for a return/refund. You can email us at email@example.com.
- Once we accept your claim, we will send you a free pre-paid return label. Please include the return form in your return package to insure fast return process. Denied claims will not be provided with a free pre-paid return shipping label.
- Once your return has been received by our team, please allow 1-5 business days to process your return. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
